  1. Find a meeting  in your area and go to it.
    • It is recommended to try at least 3 different meetings before choosing one. There are many different formats and you may find one format quite pleasing but another format to be undesirable.
  2. Get the Big Red Book hardcover or kindle/ebook and start reading.
  3. Be gentle with yourself.

Regular meeting attendance will help you lead a normal and peaceful adult life. Sometimes it is a long process to get there but you are not alone. Together we can do what we could never do alone.
